Welcome to The Burnley Practice

The Burnley Practice was originally situated on Burnley Road in Willesden Green. NHS Brent later merged the practice with the Hostel and Homeless team.

The practice is now situated in the newly built Willesden Centre for Health and Care, provides GP services for the local community and also works closely with charity partners and local hostels to ensure the hostel and homeless community of Brent also receive a high standard of GP led health care.
